Cancellation Policy
At The Organic Rack, we strive to provide the best experience and service to our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
• Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first. To cancel, please email us at admin@theorganicrack.com or contact our customer support team with your order number.
• After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)
If you’re subscribed to a regular delivery plan:
• Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled dispatch to make changes.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Special Note
• Customized or perishable products are not eligible for cancellation once processed.
• The Organic Rack reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues, including stock limitations or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
