At The Organic Rack, we take pride in providing high-quality, homemade organic products. However, we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:
✅ Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
🚚 Delivery Charges:
All return shipping or courier charges must be covered by the customer.
We recommend using a reliable courier service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
🔁 Exchange Options:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers can choose any other product from our store of equal or higher value.
If the selected product is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
❗Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may ask for photos of the damaged/incorrect product to process a quick exchange.
