We reserve the right to change or update product details at any time without prior notice.

  1. Ordering Process
    Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or social media (e.g., Instagram).

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with order details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, discontinued, or due to incomplete information.

Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    All product prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include delivery or courier charges unless specified.

We accept payments through bank transfers, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

We are not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or third-party payment platforms.

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or remote locations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Organic Rack is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order placement and are payable by the customer.

  1. Return & Exchange Policy
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return requests must be initiated within the 7-day window.

Delivery charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the customer can choose any other product from our store of equal or higher value (with a price difference paid, if applicable).

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.

    Our products are made using natural ingredients and traditional methods.

Results may vary from person to person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and labels before use, especially if they have allergies or medical conditions.
